In today's society with the rising rate of obesity there is by far a bigger focus on the importance of losing weight rather than gaining weight. However, for the person who is naturally thin, the struggles of how to gain weight are often as difficult as weight loss is for those individuals who are overweight.

As the beach season and warmer weather approaches and the sweaters are swapped out for skimpier clothing, the population of thin people will experience the same dread as others who aren’t confident in their physiques.

How to Gain Weight and Build Muscle is a guide designed to help both men and women gain weight, but stay healthy at the same time. Author Matt Crewe has trained both men and women in their quest to gain weight, and in this guide he will answer the following questions and much more!

The Causes of Difficulty in Gaining Weight
How to Find Out if Your Weight is Adequate or Not
The Health Risks of Being Too Thin
How to Gain Weight Eating Healthy
How to Gain Weight in Muscle
How to Gain Weight but not Fat
Workout Regimens for Weight Gain and Muscle Build
The Most Common Mistakes of Weight Gain

Don't be the skinny guy afraid to take his shirt off or the skinny girl who runs to cover up her 'chicken legs' any longer. You no longer have to be overtly thin and your goal of gaining weight and building muscle the healthy way is feasible if you follow some or all of the suggestions in this guide.

How to Gain Weight and Build Muscle for Men and Women edition by Matt Crewe Health Fitness Dieting eBooks

Gaining weight is definitely NOT my issue, but one of my cousins has had a life-long problem with being too thin. I'm reading this book in hopes of helping her.

One of the things I really like about this book is the common sense attitude about weight; the difficulty in gaining and (more importantly - to me) the health risks of being too thin. I like that the approach is a healthy one - not some crazy "do it in 3 days" approach. Instead, the author really gets into the nuts and bolts of gaining weight and muscle in a healthy way. Secondly, I like that there's information included about multivitamins along with a list of the best foods (in categories) to help put on weight.

I thought this was a well-written, solidly researched book and would highly recommend it to anyone who has problems gaining weight - and wants to do it in a healthy manner.

The author has written a book on a problem most people over look. Most medical professionals and people are concerned with losing weight rather than trying to gain weight. In the book the author explains reasons why a person may be under weight and gives healthy options for increasing weight and building muscle mass. The book is well written and provides good information on how to gain weight in a healthy manner. I would recommend this book to anyone needing to add some weight and muscle mass.
It's refreshing to read a weight related book that offers good solid information in a responsible way, and not as a 'quick fix' solution. With our focus being more on obesity in developed countries, it is not often acknowledged that being under weight can have it's own challenges, and this book approaches the issue by providing a practical breakdown of possible causes, associated health risks and healthy guidelines, (including diet and exercise) to help the individual gain weight. Well done.
The information in the book is clear and precise. Learn a few things and def. Will recommend to someone in need of what to do to gain weight. It has great tips.
As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, most people come to me to lose weight, not gain it, so I was intrigued with this title that offered help for those who need to do just the opposite. If you think this book will give you license to gain weight by eating any junk food you want though, you'd be wrong. The author provides solid guidance on gaining weight and building muscle healthfully and avoiding mistakes while doing it. Most people don't realize that there are health risks associated with being too skinny, especially as they get older, so if you need to add weight and muscle to your frame, grab this solid resource.
"How to Gain Weight and Build Muscle for Men and Women" intrigued me from the beginning with its intelligent focus on proper weight gain, as opposed to all the quick weight loss books and schemes that permeate the market. Just as quick weight loss is unhealthy, so is rapid weight gain, and the author correctly stresses that it's not a sprint, but a journey that takes time and diligence.

This book made me step back and realize that for some people, weight gain is just as important as weight loss is for others. I really like the way the author concisely laid out the steps one should take when seeking to add weight and I think it's a must read if this is your goal. Well done, Mr. Crewe. I look forward to reading more from you.
With so many of us envying those with svelter figures, and Madison Avenue touting the "hanger" look in clothes' models, it is sometimes difficult to imagine people who dread going to the beach or just appearing in public because they feel they are too thin. While I for one envy the problem, I can mentally project myself into an underweight frame and truly appreciate this book for its approach.

After outlining various causes for being underweight, some of which have a medical basis, you are given healthy ways of putting on the pounds, foods to eat and to avoid, foods to increase in your daily intake, vitamins to help, types of exercises that firm up your weight gain without causing your added weight to drop. Altogether an excellent approach for anyone looking to bump up their dress or shirt size. Good content, well formatted. Highly recommended.
Nowadays, you find tips tips of how to lose weight everywhere. However, if you want to do the opposite, it's not so easy to find informative resources.

I found this book helpful. Plenty of useful advice in it and tips that I can benefit from. The authors walks you through risks of being too thin, causes of struggling with gaining weight and gives you advice of putting on more weight in a healthy way.
